Guitar Teacher Information
Music has always been a very important part of Tyler's life. For as long as he can remember, he’s had a deep love and passion for music and performing. It has taken him to places he never thought he’d go, introduced him to people he never imagined he’d meet, and shown him some of the coolest things out there. Whether he’s playing or simply watching something, Tyler always pays close attention to the music within — from the soundtrack of a video game (special shoutout to Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater) to the score of a film he just watched, the music has always stood out as something truly special.
Tyler picked up the guitar around the age of eight and started playing bass at sixteen, with other instruments sprinkled in along the way which including drums, trombone, and more, though guitar and bass have always remained his constants. Over the last decade, he’s been active in the local music scene, playing in several bands. Currently, he’s the bassist and vocalist in two groups and has performed countless shows in the community and he absolutely loves every minute of it!
