Guitar Teacher Information
Julian has been playing drums and guitar for nearly 10 years, mostly being a self-taught with two years of structured lessons. He is completing his high school education at Holy Names where he has spent 4 years as a valued member of the school band. Participation in talent shows, masses and other school functions has enriched his high school experience and supported his creative outlets. His high school education included visual arts, music production, graphic design and animation as well as music theory and practice.
His love for learning, writing, playing, performing and listening to music continues to grow and is something he is eager to help other interested individuals navigate and learn. Julian has been influenced by many of the greats in genres such as rock, punk, jazz fusion, and grunge.
Outside of school Julian can be found performing with his two local bands, Peacock Apache and Fukuyama.
His goal is to help students navigate the instrumental learning experience with ease and excitement, keeping a positive open-mind with any variables that come into play.
